The classic stuffed apple can still be presented with mini apple lady apples. This desert has a cinnamon creme brulee', an apple roasted with pecans and brown sugar, a compote of stewed cherries, and a dried apple that was formed using a japanesse turning machine and some slow drying in the oven.
