We made this tea in the Spring of 2010
We planted a seed, watered and helped it, and it turned out much to our liking. Ready for harvest on Jan 25, she was a little more than 75g. Now is the tricky part for the tea masters! Cultivation being finished, we must now carefully develop this little bud into a full fledged complex flavor profile. Only time will tell when this aged beauty will be complete. |
